   Android - Internet & MMS Settings For T-Mobile, SimpleMobile & At&t

Question 

How to do Internet & MMS configurations for Android phones ?

Answer 


 Android Internet & MMS Settings

Before you turn on your phone:

  1. Please make sure your SIM card is activated/ has data plan
  2. Insert the active SIM card and battery into the phone
  3. Turn the phone on
  4. when the welcome page appears click on the start button, your phone will search for connectivity)
  5. Hit the MENU key, it will be located at the bottom of your touch screen
  6. Select setup Apn

7.    You will find “Simple Mobile” profile.

8.    Now you can continue the Android Setup Wizard and enjoy your new phone.

*if you don’t find a profile please * see below instruction to add a new  profile

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Select "Wireless & networks"
    • Check that "Airplane mode" and "Wi-Fi" 
      are unchecked
  4. Select "Mobile networks"
    • Check that "Data enabled" is checked.
  5. Select "Access Point Names"
  6. Delete all existing APNs
    • Select APN
    • Press Menu
    • Select "Delete APN"
  7. Create new APN
    • Press Menu
    • Select "New APN"
    • Enter the "Simple Mobile Profile" above
